Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological essence of the first-time introduced by the author in the scientific circle of the definition of "compliance-security". Therefore, it is proposed to define the concept of compliance of the industrial enterprise as the protection of vital interests of the industrial enterprise from external and internal violations of laws, normative legal acts, standards, constituent and internal documents of the enterprise by definition, assessment and maximum reduction (elimination) of compliant risks.
