Методології управління та розвитку продукту стартапу

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу специфічних особливостей та проблематики започаткування та запуску стартапу в умовах зростання конкурентної боротьби в рамках ринкової економіки. Було розглянуто стадії розвитку стартапів та таку методологію управління для стартап-проектів як "Lean Startup", в рамках якої було освячене створення та початковий етап запуску проекту. Сформульовано висновок про ефективність використання цієї методології для ранньої стадії запуску продукту. Визначено чинники, що обумовлюють життєздатність та успіх проекті на кожному етапі. Узагальнено основні помилки, що призводять до провалу та ліквідації стартап проектів. Визначено пріоритетні напрямки та перспективи реалізації стартап руху. The article is devoted to the analysis of the specific feat ures and problems of creat ing and launching a start-up in conditions of growing competition in the market economy. Stages of startup development and methodology for start-up project development as «Lean Startup» by Eric Ries along with customer-orientation methodology by Steve Blanc considered all issues in terms of dedication to the creation and launch of the project. Besides met hodologies, it is important to pay attention to the MVP or pre-seed stage of the product launch that was lightened as an important factor of the strategy part and the whole process of startup launch and development in this article. Those theories covered all issues regarding the product and explained all typical mistakes and successful examples of startup project that launched by using such met hodologies for their businesses. Priority directions and prospects for the implementation identified in a start-up movement in our country. The conclusion formulated in terms of effectiveness about using the methodology for the early product launch. The factors that stipulated viability success of the project at each stage were defined thoroughly. There was generalization of the main mistakes that lead down to failure and liquidation of startups. Priority direction and perspectives of realizations of startups were proposed.
