Исследование области рационального существования эволютного зацепления

Abstract

Рассмотрена зависимость между параметрами исходного контура эволютного зацепления (k, α) и основными качественными показателями. Построены области, ограничивающие выбор k и α для передач с определенными числами зубьев. Определены зоны с низкими качественными показателями и границы существования работоспособных передач. Анализ полученных результатов позволяет определить тенденции к назначению параметров исходного контура для синтеза новых рациональных эволютных передач The dependence between the parameters of the initial contour for evolute gear (k, α) and key quality indicators was considered. The area, restricting the choice of k and α for gearings with certain numbers of teeth was built. The zones of low quality parameters and boundaries of workable gears were defined. Analysis of results to determine the trend in the value of the initial contour parameters for the synthesis of new rational evolute gears
