Мониторинг и прогнозирование защитных свойств органических покрытий

Abstract

Представлены принципы организации неразрушающего контроля и прогнозирования защитной способности полимерных покрытий. Проанализированы количественные характеристики и факторы надежности материалов, разработаны методы их диагностики и контроля. Установлена связь между параметрами проницаемости, адгезионной прочности покрытий и скоростью коррозии на границе металл - полимер и предложена методология прогнозирования ресурса покрытий в условиях эксплуатации по результатам лабораторного тестирования.
