К вопросу структурно-параметрического синтеза межколесного дифференциала с внутренней автоматичностью на основе гидростатической блокировки

Abstract

На примере колесного бронетранспортера БТР-4 определены рекомендуемые параметры для диаметра дроссельного отверстия в шестеренчатом насосе межколесного дифференциала с гидростатической блокировкой. Вариантом было предложено введение управляемого электромагнитного клапана для получения оптимальных характеристик межколесного дифференциала как в тяжелых дорожных условиях, так и для движения по дорогам с твердым покрытием. Using the example of the BTR-4 wheeled armored personnel carrier, the recommended parameters for the diameter of the throttling orifice in a gear pump of a inter-wheel differential with hydrostatic blocking are determined. A variant has been proposed by introducing a controlled electromagnetic valve to obtain optimum characteristics for inter-wheel differential in both heavy road conditions and for driving on paved roads.
