
На основе исторических источников анализируется процесс становления профессиональной культуры преподавателя Харьковского технологического института. Рассмотрены особенности служебного этикета конца ХІХ – начала ХХ ст., деятельность директора института, профессорского дисциплинарного суда. Особое внимание уделено системе научно-педагогической аттестации и педагогическим новациям в ХТИ. Показано, что профессиональная культура преподавателя была обусловлена не только нормами светского этикета, но и зарождавшейся этикой инженера. The author analyzes the process of formation of professional culture of the teacher in Kharkiv Technological Institute on the basis of historical sources. The study reveals main features of the office etiquette in the late XIX – early XX century, the activities of the institute director, professors of the disciplinary court. The author pays particular attention to the system of scientific and pedagogical certification and pedagogical innovations in KhTI. The paper shows that the professional teacher culture was determined by the rules of social etiquette, as well as the emerging engineering ethics.
