Abstract

У пациентов пожилого возраста с алкогольной зависимостью исследованы показатели качества жизни, которые ухудшились с учетом алкогольного стажа и соматизированных коморбидных патологических состояний. Применение комплексных препаратов, обладающих детоксицирующими, антиоксидантными и другими позитивными потенциями, препарат Картол, метод лазерной терапии, существенно оптимизировало показатели качества жизни и общий соматический статус пожилых пациентов данной категории. Quality of life has already been investigated in elderly patients with alcohol dependence. Indicators were deteriorated with long term experience of alcohol and somatic diseases. The use of complex drugs with detoxifying, antioxidant and other positive potentialities, Kartol medication, laser therapy method has improved quality of life and physical status of elderly patients.
