Abstract

А. А. В. О. A. A. Orgiyan, A. V. Balanyuk, B. O. Tkachenko. Experimental studies of the oscillations and accuracy of machining with multi-cut thin boring. In the article, the amplitudes of forced oscillations are experimentally studied depending on the geometric parameters of the boring bar (the ratio of the lengths and the diameters of the steps). The results are obtained with separate and simultaneous operation of the incisors. The modes and coefficients of cutting, the relative position of the incisors and the materials to be processed changed. The main influence on the level of oscillations is due to the mass - geometric parameters of the borstang, their own frequencies and rigidity and cutting regimes. It is established that the amplitudes of the forced oscillations change no monotonically.
