Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы оценки результативности системы управления качеством заготовительного производства машиностроительного предприятия. Предложена модель оценки результативности системы управления качеством заготовительного производства, основу которой составляет баланс требований заинтересованных сторон. In this article, the problems of assessment of quality management system effectiveness of production in machine-building enterprise are investigated. The model of assessment of quality management system effectiveness of production is offered, on the basis of which, the balance of interested parties’ requirements is incorporated.
