У даній статті вивчаються форми організації наймитів в українській народній культурі II половини XIX – початку XX століть. Дослідження розкриває роль артілі як важливого складника звичаєво-правового інституту наймання сільськогосподарських робітників, функціонування якої базувалося на традиційній селянській трудовій кооперації. This paper analyzes forms of organization of hired labourers in Ukrainian folk culture in the 2nd half of the XIX – the beginning of the XX centuries. The study reveals the role of artil as an important part of customary law institute of hiring agricultural workers. The functioning of examined organizational forms was based on the traditional peasant labour cooperation.
