Повышение ресурса тепловозных дизелей применением гальвано-плазменной обработки рабочих поверхностей поршней

Abstract

Проведены длительные ресурсные испытания тепловоза ЧМЭ-3 с дизелем, оснащенном поршнями с корундовым слоем. Сделаны выводы о том, что использование поршней с корундовым поверхностным слоем в дизелях позволяет в несколько раз повысить ресурс дизелей за счёт снижения износа поршней и гильз цилиндров. Исследования проведены в соответствие с договором №ДЗ/334-2007 между МОН Украины и НТУ «ХПИ» «Разработка гальваноплазменной технологии обработки поршней для улучшения экологических показателей автотракторных дизелей».
