Abstract

Монография посвящена результатам электронно-микроскопических исследований структуры пленок и закономерностям ее формирования при дискретном осаждении на подложку пароплазменных потоков, сформированных импульсным лазерным распылением металлических и полупроводниковых мишеней. Также приведены результаты исследований структурных и фазовых превращений в пленках при отжиге и естественном старении. Предназначено для студентов, аспирантов и преподавателей физико-технических и материаловедческих специальностей
