Abstract

In this article direction of increase wearproofness of interface is chosen a butt end of roller is a side of ring of bearings of rollers. The method of physical design is chosen with the use of the mathematical planning of three-factor experiment of choice of аfriktion addition to the plastic greasing of LZ-TSNII. Adaptation and method of research of interface is developed a butt "end of roller is a side of ring". The criterion of optimization is chosen – a coefficient of friction and explored factors is force of cooperation of butt "end of roller and side of bearing ring", frequency of rotation of roller, quantitative maintenance of аfriktion addition in the plastic greasing of LZ-TSNII. The regressive formula of intensity of wear of butt end of roller of the cylindrical bearing is first got.
