Abstract

Изложены основы физики явлений в диэлектрических, полупроводниковых, проводниковых и магнитных материалах. Приведена классификация материалов, описаны их электрические, химико-физические и механические свойства. Рассмотрены способы получения и области применения материалов. Представлены разновидности и характеристики электротехнических материалов, применяющихся в современном электроэнергетическом оборудовании. Для студентов вузов, обучающихся по электроэнергетическим специальностям, а также для специалистов в области проектирования и эксплуатации энергетического оборудования.
