Эффективность применения дифференцированных тарифов на электроэнергию

Abstract

С 1 мая 1996 г. Республике Беларусь введен действие дифференцированный тариф по зонам суток как элемент развития рыночных отношений между продавцами потребителями электроэнергии. Но­вый тариф направлен на стимулирование энергосбе­режения за счет выравнивания графиков нагрузки энергоисточников путем изменения стоимости потребленной электроэнергии зависимости от зоны суток. При переходе на тариф по зонам суток предприятий появилась финансовая заинтересованность реализации мероприятий, направленных на выпол­нение производственных программ зонах льготного электропотребления снижения за счет этого стоимости потребленной электроэнергии, а, следовательно, себестоимости продукции.
