The article considers the enterprises of the hotel industry of the Republic of Belarus as a structural element of the material and technical base of the country's tourist and recreational complex. The results of the analysis of the work of hotels on the basis of qualitative (results of marketing research) and quantitative (statistical) indicators are shown.
