
Представлен анализ математических моделей получения огранки при вихревом фрезеровании винтовых поверхностей. Разработана универсальная математическая модель формообразования винтовых поверхностей при обработке внутренней и наружной фрезами. Приведена оценка полученных моделей в пакете прикладных программ Mathcad. This article presents an analysis of mathematical models for producing facets during whirl milling of helical surfaces. A universal mathematical model for the formation of helical surfaces during internal and external milling is developed. The resulting models are evaluated using the Mathcad software package.
