
Проведен анализ некоторых предпосылок и условий развития дистанционного образования в Беларуси, исследована динамика индикаторов электронного правительства Беларуси с использованием данных докладов Департамента экономического и социального развития Организации Объединенных Наций. Some prerequisites and conditions for the development of distance education in Belarus were analysed, dynamics of indicators of the electronic government of Belarus were studied using these reports of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Development.
