Рассмотрена обновленная Конституция Республики Беларусь как основа правовых знаний молодежи. Отмечено влияние проблемы правового нигилизма на общество. Описан процесс формирования Республики Беларусь как государства для народа, где центральном звеном выступают права человека на достойную и безопасную жизнедеятельность. This article discusses the updated Constitution of the Republic of Belarus as the basis of legal knowledge of young people. The influence of the problem of legal nihilism on society is given. The process of formation of the Republic of Belarus as a state for the people, where human rights to decent and safe life are the central link, is considered.
