Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность социальной ответственности бизнеса, анализируются взаимосвязь социальной ответственности бизнеса и конкурентоспособности организации. Раскрываются основные аспекты корпоративной социальной ответственности, основанные на идее о том, что компании действуют в рамках социального контракта, заключенного с обществом. Приведены преимущества социальной ответственности и ее роль в повышении конкурентоспособности организации. The article reveals the essence of the corporate social responsibility, analyzes the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and the company competitiveness. The main aspects of corporate social responsibility are revealed, based on the idea that companies operate within the framework of a social contract concluded with society. The advantages of social responsibility and its role in increasing the company competitiveness are given.
