Abstract

Обоснована целесообразность использования проектно-целевого подхода в системе регулирования трудовых отношений сельскохозяйственных организаций, дана оценка условий и возможностей перехода на проектно-целевой метод организации аграрного труда. The article substantiates the feasibility of using the project-target approach in the system of regulating labor relations in agricultural organizations, an assessment of the conditions and possibilities of transition to the project-target method of organizing agricultural labor is given.
