
Основываясь на текстах издания «The Guardian», автор проводит анализ наиболее частотной семантики эмотивных единиц, выражающих отрицательные эмоции. Определяются особенности их репрезентации в современном английском публицистическом дискурсе. Исследование расширяет знание в области языковой репрезентации категории эмотивности. Based on the texts of «The Guardian», the author analyzes the most frequent semantics of emotive units that express negative emotions. The features of their representation in the modern English publicistic discourse are defined. The study expands knowledge in the field of linguistic representation of the category of emotivity.
