
Статья посвящена исследованию процессов восстановления системы местных органов государственной власти и управления на территории освобожденной от нацистской оккупации Гомельской области: на первом этапе – образование и деятельность партийно-советских оперативных областной, городской и районных групп, на втором – формирование и передача власти исполкомам местных Советов. Эти процессы представлены в динамике, приводятся пофамильные составы оперативных групп и исполкомов. The article is devoted to the study of the processes of restoring the system of local state authorities and administration in the territory of the Gomel region liberated from the nazi occupation: at the first stage – the formation and activities of the party-soviet operational regional, city and district groups, at the second – the formation and transfer of power to the executive committees of local Soviets. These processes are presented in dynamics, and the full names of the operational groups and executive committees are given.
