Проведен анализ перспектив применения сервис-дизайна в сфере туризма. The article reveals the concept of service design, discusses its basic principles and tools. The significance of the role of service design in meeting the needs of consumers, creating a unique customer experience and improving the quality of tourism services is explored. The analysis of the prospects for the application of service design in the field of tourism is carried out.
