Abstract

The relevance of the use of renewable energy sources is currently quite high. In the work, boiler houses are considered as objects of heat power engineering in the organization of decentralized heat supply and hot water supply. The possibility of using wind power plants (wind turbines) on the chimneys of such facilities is being considered. In the future, the energy generated in such installations can be used to fully or partially cover the own needs of boiler houses. The placement of wind turbines on the chimney provides for its use as an additional environmentally friendly source of electricity for the needs of residential and industrial premises; street lighting; switching on the signal lights of the chimney; boiler rooms and other facilities for various purposes.
