Влияние лазерной закалки на триботехнические характеристики стали 45

Abstract

Исследовано влияние технологических параметров лазерной обработки на триботехнические характеристики стали 45. Проведена оценка влияния технологических режимов лазерной обработки (тока накачки I, длительности импульса τ) на значения энергии в импульсе Е, передаваемой на обрабатываемую поверхность. Изменение силы тока в диапазоне 60–120 А и времени импульса от 5 до 25 мс позволило получать изменение энергии в импульсе в пределах от 0,3 до 4,1 Дж. Установлено, что триботехнические свойства поверхности, обработанной одинаковой энергией, но различными режимами воздействия отличаются. Износостойкость образца оценивали по ширине дорожки трения. Определено, что при токе накачки 60 А минимальный коэффициент трения и максимальная износостойкость получены при длительности импульса 20 мс.
