Международные рейтинги как стимул для социально-экономического роста

Abstract

В этой работе проведен анализ динамики позиций страны в ключевых международных цифровых индексах, выявлены взаимосвязи между ними, а также предложены меры для их улучшения. Особое внимание уделено стратегическим документам, корреляциям между показателями и прогнозам на 2030 год, подчеркивающим значение системного подхода к цифровизации.
