Abstract

The article deals with the problem of stereotypical perceptions of employees in mixed multinational teams. The results of the study are presented, which make it possible to assess the peculiarities of the perception of a leader who has a national identity known to the team. The main patterns of mutual national attitudes are formed depending on the ethnic component of the communication process. The key aspect of this work was the level of trust in representatives of other groups, as well as the degree of acceptance of competencies and personal qualities of representatives of ethnic outgroups.
