Abstract

Одним из планируемых показателей системы менеджмента качества вуза является количество публикаций профессорско-преподавательского состава. В статье определен перечень факторов, оказывающих влияние на публикационную активность преподавателей высшего учебного заведения. На основе реальных данных проведен анализ динамики количества публикаций, определены наиболее значимые факторы, установлена их роль и направление влияния на повышение публикационной активности, проведен анализ основных тенденций и расчет прогнозируемого количества публикаций. One of the planned indicators of the quality management system of the university is the number of publications of the teaching staff. The article defines a list of factors influencing the publication activity of teachers of higher educational institutions. Based on real data, the analysis of the dynamics of the number of publications was carried out, the most significant factors were identified, their role and direction of influence on the increase in publication activity were established, the analysis of the main trends and the calculation of the projected number of publications were carried out.
