Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема самовольного строительства в Республике Беларусь. Описаны правовые нормы, регулирующие самовольное строительство, и последствия, которые могут возникнуть для нарушителей. Обсуждены также возможности легализации самовольных построек и упрощенный порядок приемки в эксплуатацию объектов строительства, предоставленный Указом Президента Республики Беларусь № 253. Подчеркнута важность нахождения баланса между наказанием за нарушение правил и возможностью легализации с целью создания упорядоченной и безопасной градостроительной среды. Отмечается, что законодательство в Республике Беларусь способствует легализации самовольных построек и помогает гражданам избежать финансовых затрат. The article deals with the problem of unauthorized construction in the Republic of Belarus. The author describes the legal norms governing unauthorized construction and the consequences that may arise for violators. The possibilities of legalizing unauthorized buildings and the simplified procedure for commissioning construction projects provided by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 253 are also discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of finding a balance between punishment for violating the rules and the possibility of legalization, in order to create an orderly and safe urban environment. It is noted that the legislation in the Republic of Belarus promotes the legalization of unauthorized buildings and helps citizens avoid financial costs.
