
Рассмотрены основные тенденции и качественный состав исполкомов местных Советов депутатов трудящихся/народных депутатов Белорусской ССР в 1965–1985 гг. Отмечена тенденция значительного роста удельного веса специалистов народного хозяйства и уровня образования членов исполкомов. С помощью просопографического метода выявлен в динамике среднестатистический «портрет» члена исполкома. The main trends and qualitative composition of the executive committees of local Councils of Workers' Deputies/People's Deputies of the Byelorussian SSR in 1965–1985 are considered. There is a tendency of a significant increase in the proportion of specialists of the national economy and the level of education of members of executive committees. Using the prosopographic method, the average “portrait” of a member of the executive committee was revealed in dynamics.
