Abstract

An analysis of the state of technology for processing lenses for optical devices is given. The kinematic scheme of the device for simultaneous two-sided processing of lenses with a thin center is considered. Mathematical modeling of the process of abrasive processing of lenses using the method of free rubbing was carried out and numerical studies of this processing were carried out.

Keywords
