Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз ідіоматизованих похідних іменників із суфіксом -er на позначення осіб чоловічоїстаті, дібраних із лексикографічних джерел і писемних пам’яток середньоверхньонімецького періоду. Визначено структурні, семантичні й функціональні властивості дериватів, їх умотивованість, проаналізовано особливості їх уживання й функціонування у текстах. This paper concerns the research of idiomatic derivative nouns with the suffix -er denoting males. The study of denominations of men is based on lexicographic and textual sources of Middle High German period. The structural, semantic and functional characteristics of derivate nouns as well as their motivation have been determined, the peculiarities of their use and functioning in texts have been analysed.
