Abstract

Узагальнено зміст понять «винний туризм» та «еногастрономічний тур». Розкрито функціональні особливості винних турів. Показано взаємозв’язок винного туризму з іншими галузями туристичного обслуговування. Досліджено особливості розвитку виноградарства та виноробства в Молдові. Розглянуто історичні чинники розвитку виноробства та винного туризму в цій країні. Охарактеризовано основні виноробні зони Молдови та показано їх спеціалізацію й на основі цього розглянуто головні винно-туристичні райони країни та їх спеціалізовані центри. Описано особливості винного туризму Молдови. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку винного туризму в Молдові. Виділено основні проблеми розвитку винного туризму в досліджуваній країні та проаналізовано перспективи удосконалення цієї галузі туристичного обслуговування в цій державі. The concept of «wine tourism» and «enogastronomic tour» are summarized. The functional features of wine tours are revealed. Interaction of wine tourism with other branches of tourist services is shown. The peculiarities of the development of viticulture and winemaking in Moldova are explored. The historical factors of development of winemaking and wine tourism in this country are considered. The main wine-growing zones of Moldova are described and their specialization is shown. On the basis of it the main wine-tourist areas of the country and their specialized centers are considered. The features of wine tourism of Moldova are described. The current state and prospects of wine tourism development in Moldova are analysed. The main problems of development of wine tourism in the studied country are highlighted and the prospects of improvement of this field of tourist services in this state are analysed.
