Abstract

В статье поднимаются вопросы определения основных задач и функциональных обязанностей ассистента учителя, заключающиеся в адаптации содержания обучения к возможностям и потребностям ребенка с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и применении в учебно-образовательном процессе системы специальных методов и приемов, направленных на реализацию поставленных целей, планировании совместно с учителем, к каким видам коллективной деятельности на уроке можно максимально привлечь такого ученика, а на каком этапе урока целесообразней будет индивидуальная работа. Анализ деятельности ассистента учителя позволил выделить основные его профессиональные функции: организационную, учебно-воспитательную, коррекционно-развивающую, диагностическую, аналитико-прогностическую, консультативную, а также обозначить некоторые модели сотрудничества ассистента учителя с учителем класса (поддержка на уроке, обучение в группах-центрах деятельности, параллельное обучение, альтернативное обучение и др.). In the article, the authors investigate the problem of defining the main tasks and functional duties of an assistant of a teacher; these tasks and duties consist of adapting the educational content to the capabilities and needs of the children with limited health abilities and applying the special methods and techniques in the educational process of an educational institution. These special methods and techniques are directed to the realization of the set tasks, to the planning together with the teacher the types of the collective activities where a pupil with the limited health abilities can take an active part at the lesson stage where the individual work will be efficient. The analysis of the activities of an assistant of a teacher has let the authors define and investigate the basic professional functions: organizational, educational and upbringing, correctional and developing, diagnostic, analytical and prognostic, consulting; and also it has helped to identify some models of co-work of an assistant of a class teacher (support in the classroom, learning in groups-centers of activity, parallel education, alternative education, etc.).
