Abstract

Державний службовець як професіонал є відповідальною особою, у якій актуалізовані особливості мотиваційних, когнітивних та емоційних тенденцій його професійної діяльності. Вивчаючи професійно-компетентну особистість державного службовця, акцентується увага на відповідному комплексу професійно-важливих якостей, які у сукупності визначають професійну компетентність фахівця.
