Abstract

In this paper, the features of the young fighters maintain balance freestyle at the stage of preliminary basic training are shown. Quantitative and qualitative criteria of vertical stability in the performance of dynamic test problems using computer stabilography were defined by the author. The research results indicate that the structure preserving dynamic equilibrium of young fighters the parameters characterizing the speed capability of moving the common center of mass in the performance testing and stability testing of the involutes are distinguished. It was determined that values of statodynamic and vestibular stability are important factors in the process of improving the technical preparedness of young wrestlers.

Keywords
