Abstract

У статті проаналізовано і визначено сучасний стан дослідження і законодавчого закріплення правового та соціального захисту осіб, звільнених з місць позбавлення волі, відповідно до вимог кримінально-виконавчої політики. The modern state of research and legislative fixing of legal and social defense of persons, exempt from the places of imprisonment is analyzed in the article in accordance with the requirements of criminally executive policy.
