Abstract

У статті проаналізовано матеріали загальноросійських археологічних з’їздів останньої третини ХІХ - початку ХХ ст., у яких розглянуто проблематику збереження пам’яток історії та культури Холмщини й Підляшшя. Підкреслено роль цих наукових зібрань, що проводилися з ініціативи Московського археологічного товариства, особливо у вивченні, збереженні та популяризації історико-культурної спадщини різних регіонів Російської імперії. The article analyzes the materials of the All-Russian archaeological congresses of the last third of the XIX - early XX centuries, which considered the problem of preserving the historical and cultural monuments of Cholmshchyna and Pidlyashia. The role of these scientific meetings, conducted at the initiative of the Moscow Archaeological Society, was emphasized, especially in the study, preservation and popularization of historical and cultural heritage of various regions of the Russian Empire.
