Abstract

У статті висвітлюються деякі аспекти проблеми формування творчого потенціалу майбутнього фахівця дошкільної освіти через виокремлення пріоритетних якостей творчої особистості педагога, внесення уточнень щодо змістового трактування понять «потенціал», «потенціал особистості», «особистісний потенціал», «людський потенціал», «творчий потенціал». Акцентується увага на доцільності проектного навчання, залучення студентів до проектно-технологічної діяльності, що орієнтує на творче оволодіння знаннями, самостійний пошук, самореалізацію, активізацію пошукового дослідництва, інтелектуально-творчого потенціалу майбутнього вихователя. The article highlights some aspects of the problem of formation of creative potential of future specialist of preschool education through the provision of priority qualities of the creative personality of the teacher, introducing clarifications concerning the semantic interpretation of the concepts «potential», «potential personality», «personal potential», «human potential» and «creative potential». Attention is accented on expediency of project-based learning, engaging students in design and technology activities, focuses on creative acquisition of knowledge, self-searching, self-realization, the activation of the search experience, intellectual and creative potential of the future teacher.
