Abstract

Разработана концептуальная автоматизированная медицинская информационная система методом функционально-структурного анализа для решения задач комплексной автоматизации информационных потоков в рамках медицинского диагностического учреждения. Перед системой ставятся задачи автоматизации основных и вспомогательных информационных потоков. В ходе исследования были разработаны функциональная и структурная модели концептуальной медицинской информационной системы, которые детализируют функциональное назначение системы, производят деление системы на составляющие и предлагают способы реализации поставленной задачи. Разработанная концептуальная медицинская система становится централизованной блочной системой с единым информационным центром, что позволяет повысить производительность системы, снизить затраты на проведение исследований и более оперативно реагировать на внешние и внутренние изменения. Также предложен подход к решению вопроса включения медицинского учреждения в единое информационное поле с другими медицинскими учреждениями, а также органами государственной и муниципальной власти. Полученные в ходе исследования результаты отражают актуальные задачи, стоящие перед медицинскими учреждениями и требующие перехода на новый уровень информационного обеспечения.

Conceptual automated medical information system is developed by method of functional-structured analysis for problems solving of comprehensive automation of information flows within the scope of medical diagnostic institution. Tasks of the main and auxiliary flows automation are set before system. Functional and structured models of conceptual automated medical information system were developed during research, which detail functional purpose of the system, divide system into components and propose ways of realization assigned task. Developed conceptual medical system becomes a central modular system with common information center, this makes it possible to improve productivity of system, to reduce costs on research and to more efficiently react to external and internal changes. Also, it’s proposed a new approach to solution task about inclusion medical institute in a common information area with other medical institutes, as well as public authority and municipal officials. The findings during research display actual tasks of medical institute and they require transition informational support to new level.
