Abstract

In work the assessment of a condition of system of external breath of athletes-weightlifters on the basis of determination of vital capacity of lungs, volume of breath, carrying out of Genchi test is given. The character of cardiovascular reaction of an organism of weightlifters for special work is given. In 12% of male weightlifters heart rate after physical load is too high, revealing adaptation towards special training loads.
