Организация этапной лечебно-абилитационной помощи детям с перинатальными поражениями нервной системы

Abstract

Описана эффективная организационно-функциональная модель лечебно-абилитационной помощи детям с перинатальными поражениями нервной системы в условиях многолетнего эксперимента. Модель включает организационные структуры территориального и межтерриториального уровня, алгоритм их взаимодействия, комплекс способов прогнозирования, ранней диагностики нарушений здоровья, поэтапных мероприятий по максимальному восстановлению нарушенных функций и предупреждению инвалидности.

An effective organizational-and-functional model of therapeutic-abilitational aid for children with perinatal nervous system injures under long-term experiment conditions is described. This model includes organizational structures of territorial and interterritoreal level, algorithm of their interaction, complex of prognosis means, early diagnosis of health disorders, periodical measures for maximal restoration of disturbed functions and invalidism prevention.
