Акушерские и перинатальные исходы при дородовом разрыве плодных оболочек

Abstract

In article a retrospective analysis data of 620 labour cases of women with prelabour rupture of membranes (PROM) are presented. In result of study the course of pregnancy in women with PROM detected that the most frequent obstetric complications were early pregnancy toxemia (49.51% cases) and threatened miscarriage (16.93% cases). Labour in women with PROM is associated with an higher risk of soft tissue injury of the birth canal, infection rate of the mother and fetus, and also increased risk of operative labour.

В статье приводятся данные ретроспективного анализа 620 историй родов женщин с дородовым разрывом плодных оболочек (ДРПО). Выявлено, что наиболее часто встречающимся осложнением во время беременности у этого контингента женщин явился ранний токсикоз (49.51%) и угроза прерывания беременности (16.93%). В родах у женщин с ДРПО чаще отмечаются травмы мягких тканей родовых путей, возрастает риск инфицирования матери и плода, а также увеличивается число оперативного родоразрешения.
