Abstract

A detailed analysis is given to the results of long-term research of E.E. Kuzmina, which are reflected in a number of her works devoted to the reconstruction of worldview of Andronov’s culture with the help of the Indo-Iranian mythology. The paper includes the analysis of sources in the works of modern researchers, such as Y.I. Mikhailov, I.V. Kovtun and others. Particular attention is paid to the discussion of the concept and special interpretations of some of the images of art and the funeral rites of “Andronov culture”. The work is comclud-ed with the prospects of using the Indo-Iranian religious complex in the study of worldview of Andronov.
