Abstract

Статья посвящена существующей на сегодняшний день проблеме защиты маломобильных граждан в республике, формирования доступной и комфортной среды для их жизнедеятельности. Рассмотрены действующие нормативно-правовые документы, программы, способные обеспечить социальную защиту данной категории граждан.
