Abstract

Статья посвящена очень важной проблеме неотложной кардиологии, а именно лечению больных с острой декомпенсированной сердечной недостаточностью. Представлены: алгоритм диагностики этого страдания, современная классификация инотропных средств и практическое применение комбинации инотропных средств в конкретной клинической ситуации.

The article deals with an important problem in urgent cardiology, namely treatment of the patients with acute decompensate heart failure. There are presented the algorithm of diagnostic of this condition, current classification of inotropic drugs and practical use of inotropic drugs combination in a specific clinical situation.
