Abstract

The article presents the algorithm of the program for calculation of distribution of a stream of the winding of the stator of a component of the operated asynchronous cascade electric drive. For the description of the algorithm we have chosen a two-layer winding on twenty four grooves. This algorithm is calculated on receiving a picture of distribution of the stream of the winding and, respectively, receiving a graphic representation. The algorithm is constructed on a number of the principles and types of calculation. On the principle of the task of the design of the winding, for a possibility of using this principle for further calculation. On the procedure of calculation of a picture of distribution of a magnetic field in a gap of a component of the operated asynchronous cascade electric drive, according to operation on his construction. Представлен алгоритм программы для расчета распределения потока обмотки статора компонента управляемого асинхронного каскадного электрического привода. Для описания алгоритма выбираем двухслойную обмотку на двадцать четыре паза. Этот алгоритм рассчитан на получение картины распределения потока обмотки и, соответственно, получение графического изображения. Алгоритм построен на ряде принципов и видов расчета. На принципе задания конструкции обмотки, для возможности использования этого принципа для дальнейшего расчета. На процедуре расчета картины распределения магнитного поля в зазоре компонента управляемого асинхронного каскадного электрического привода, соответственно операции по его построению. На получении псевдоанимации, показывающей картину изменения поля в пространстве при повороте трехфазной системы токов с течением времени
