Технические процедуры определения геометрических параметров деформации подгибаемых элементов профилей

Abstract

In clause authors consider technical and industrial technological procedures of formation earthen parameters bent structures on various aspects: to distribution of corners bend, to removal of deformations, geometrical characteristics of the centers of deformations, definition between cells distances, to definition of quantity of transitions of technological process preliminary educations of forms, zones of smooth transitions, and also spend verification of theoretical researches of geometry of the center of deformation on cross section displacement of edges on length of the centers of deformation.

В статье авторы рассматривают технические и производственно технологические процедуры формирования геоцентрических параметров гнутолистовых профилей по различным аспектам: распределению углов подгибки, снятию деформаций, геометрических характеристик очагов деформаций, определению межклетьевых расстояний, определению количества переходов технологического процесса предварительного формообразования, зон плавных переходов, а также проводят верификацию теоретических исследований геометрии очага деформации по поперечному смещению кромок по длине очагов деформации.
