Abstract

The state educational institution of the higher vocational training «NN Burdenko Voronezh State Medical Academy» of Federal agency on public health services and social development the controlled trial of clinical efficacy and tolerability of use of combination of low level laser irradiation and TNF-а antibody (arthro-foon). Therapy of patients with psoriatic arthritis depends on severity of joint syndrome and skin syndrome. It was revealed that indicators of TNF-а, CRP, ESR and clinical results (pain on VAS, morning stiffness, skin syndrome according to index PASI) were decreased under the influence if combine therapy of low level laser irradiation and arthrofoon.
